Food plays an important role in Israel, in particular the social aspect of eating and spending time together. Many warm evenings are spent with a variety of local, tasty dishes and a table full of family and friends.
The many different tastes of Israeli and Middle Eastern dishes, led me to choose the Hebrew word for tastes, 'Te-amim', for my new cooking adventure.
The roots of my passion for cooking, originate from being brought up in a Moroccan Jewish family. Food has always been important in my family and we have spent many hours in the kitchen preparing traditional Israeli food, filling the home with many different scents of freshly made food.
I hope that I can share my passion for Israeli and Middle Eastern dishes with you. My goal is to provide you with the different tastes of Israeli food. And just as much to let you enjoy a great evening with a full and rich table surrounded by your family and friends.
Enjoy!
